STEPHEN DODD, PA-C
Stephen was born in Houston, TX and raised outside of Portland, Oregon, where he graduated from Beaverton High School. In 1992, Stephen moved back to Texas to attend Abilene Christian University earning a B. S. in biology in 1996. Stephen then graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in Lubbock with a B.S. in clinical laboratory sciences. He and his family then moved to Midland where he earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2003. Stephen has specialized in orthopedics since 2003, and spent one year working with Dr. Ramsey focusing on Spinal Orthopedics. He has taken a special interest in sports medicine, and worked with Dr. Floyd to treat local sports teams including the Midland College Chaparrals and the Midland Rockhounds, as well as many of our area high school teams. Stephen is one of the leading providers in the Permian Basin with advanced training in the use of bedside ultrasound specializing in musculoskeletal diagnostic procedures and diagnosis. Stephen has also taken a keen interest in the growing field of regenerative medicine including stem cell and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections.
